Have you taken any necessary steps first?
Take your time before turning to any of the support options. Open a notepad or something and prepare your return. Try to be as direct and specific as possible. I know you feel frustrated by some issues or upset by a bad review that you think you got wrong. Maybe you feel like you're going to stop working. All of these feelings are completely normal, but to get the quickest solution to your problem, try to get as straight to the point as possible. Explain the situation and do your best to remove any feeling from the context as much as possible.
The reason is that it takes a long time for someone to read your problem, extraneous details bog down the process, and ultimately someone reads your support request and tries to figure out why. To be determined. At the bottom of this article, I've included some sample templates you can use. Do not hesitate to use this method when communicating your problem.

Some common tips before contacting support:
Try these steps yourself first, and support will tell you anyway.
If your listing belongs to someone else and you're not sure how to reclaim ownership, first add the business to your Google My Business (GMB) dashboard and wait a full seven business days to see if the request receives a response. If the request is not rejected, you can continue the verification process. If someone is holding your listing hostage, you will need to contact Google My Business support.
Notices on reports. Before contacting support, it is recommended that you first report the review in your dashboard and then wait 3 full business days before contacting support. If you wish, you can fill out this form to report a review. But I'll head to Twitter support ASAP.
