11 Features, One Unified Platform: XTEN-AV Expands Its End-to-End AV Suite at InfoComm 2026

LAS VEGAS, USA — May 30, 2026 — XTEN-AV will unveil its largest product release to date at InfoComm 2026, introducing 11 major platform updates designed to expand and strengthen its end-to-end AV project lifecycle solution. The updates span design automation, proposal generation, project management, business operations, AI-powered workflows, and, for the first time, after-sales service management.

The release is centered around four key innovation areas. The first is after-sales service, highlighted by the launch of X-PRO Service, a dedicated module that enables AV firms to manage service calls, recurring maintenance agreements, technician dispatch, service analytics, and contract renewals from within the same platform used to design and deliver projects.

The second area focuses on AI and automation. XTEN-AV will introduce AI Connection Check, an intelligent design quality-assurance tool that automatically identifies wiring and connection issues before installation. The company is also enhancing its BOM upload capability, allowing users to generate structured bill of materials data from virtually any file format.

Project intelligence forms the third category of updates, bringing new capabilities such as Areas in Design, Location and Sub-location mapping, brand preference controls, and one-click project data imports. These features are designed to help integrators organize large-scale projects more efficiently while maintaining consistency across documentation.

The fourth category enhances business operations with a new NetSuite integration, real-time cost and margin analytics, automated front-elevation diagram generation, and improved project submittals. Together, these tools provide greater visibility into project profitability and operational performance.

XTEN-AV remains the only AV software platform with a utility patent for drawing automation technology. From a single design, the platform automatically generates line schematics, signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, cable schedules, and bills of materials, while seamlessly connecting that information to proposals, project management workflows, and service operations.

As software and AI continue to become major growth drivers within the professional AV industry, XTEN-AV’s latest release reflects the industry's shift toward unified, data-connected platforms that eliminate manual processes and disconnected workflows.

All 11 updates will be showcased through live demonstrations at the XTEN-AV booth during InfoComm 2026, giving AV integrators, consultants, and technology managers a firsthand look at how the platform is helping streamline every stage of the AV project lifecycle—from design and sales to delivery and long-term service.

“The point was never eleven features for their own sake. The point is that an integrator can now run design, proposal, delivery, and service from one data source. Each feature removes a tool, a handoff, or a place where data used to go to die.”
