The Directory Service Offering will now include an additional clause for the schools that will enable them to get Free SIS K12 for their schools if they subscribe to mandatory eupp fee payments in their school.

For students opting for a Loan facility, the arrangement would be needed to be done with the school to pay eUPP Fee of XXX amount on receipt of the Fee from the loan (need discussion/suggestion on this)

Also, to enable this feature we would need the following in the system to be promptly available

  • A well-defined no customization feature list shall need to be published
  • No premium offering would be applicable for this feature which includes but is not limited to:
  •  HRMS
  •  2. Inventory, Purchase, and Assets
  •  3. Finance
  •  4. Online Examinations
  •  5. SMS Notifications (service will be enabled but SMS needs to be purchased)
  •  6. SIS BOT
  •  7. eQuaze

Premium service will follow their own rates as published in the price list

eUPP Directory Fee rates would be revised to INR 4,000 plus taxes on the date of launch of this offer irrespective of schools opting for this scheme or not. Subsequently, all directory rates are going to be revised.

System changes that would need to be done are:

  1. The schools falling under this scheme (Name to be decided), will be marked through some identifier at SIS and eUPP Level

  2. eUPP will charge its own fee in a regular manner from these schools

  3. Since we are going to allow Cash Payments at the Fee counter for the school under this scheme where the school need to collect or pay the eUPP Fee along, the payment center need to reflect the following

  4. For all cash payments, a separate field indicating the eUPP Fee needs to be present for the school console

  5. For all Cheque / DD payments, a separate field indicating the eUPP Fee needs to be present for the school console

  6. School Admin / principal dashboard would have an area marked up showing the pending eUPP Fee to be submitted by School 

  7. ConneXRM would reserve the right to obtain the fee submission report of the school every month to reconcile the fee paid for eUPP charges which a school would need to agree to under the agreement

  8. Schools opting for this scheme would be further entitled to a special incentive scheme that would be defined like:

  • 1 Laptop free to the school upon completing 10,000 Transactions by their students
  • 1 SmartBoard 75” Free to the school upon completing 15,000 transactions
  • 1 SmartBoard 75” and One Laptop Free upon completing 25,000 Transactions
  • Transaction count would reset upon every avail of the item under the scheme.

  1. The Feature would launch at a non-extendable date of 24th Jan 2022 when we are planning to launch our SaaS Platform of eLite Suite. Current or Schools enrolled for SIS till 31st Dec 2021 will get a single chance of shifting to this new scheme (Only for features under offer) by clearing their dues till 31st Dec 21 and paying a one-time charge of INR 5,000 plus taxes. All directory service enrolled schools will get a chance to upgrade to this offer by paying a one-time fee of INR 2,500 plus taxes.

  2. This offering is still under discussion and hence the mail above is a framework of how this would happen.
