1. Pattaya Beach

2. Sanctuary of Truth 

A temple, a cultural monument and a museum, Sanctuary of Truth is a major attraction to visit in Pattaya. The edifice reflects the exquisite Thai architecture and craftsmanship. The inside of the temple showcases influences of both Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. The entire temple is made out of wooden carving and was designed by Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphan. It is the largest wooden carved edifice/structure in the world! After exploring the Sanctuary of Truth, visit the on-site cute little cafe to grab a bite or drink. You can also enjoy elephant rides outside the temple premises.

These areas are: Cactus Garden, Garden in the Sky, French Gardens, Dinosaur Valley, Italian Garden, and Stonehenge Garden. Nong Nooch provides a great day out trip to families, couples, and even elderly. Other than strolling through the different sections, you can watch martial arts demonstrations, elephant shows, and religious ceremonies. 4. Pattaya Walking Street 

Pattaya Walking Street is a bustling entertainment and red-light district of Pattaya. After 7 PM, vehicular traffic does not enter the streets and it becomes a “pedestrian-only area”. The bright neon lights and loud music escaping the doors of the clubs creates a pulsating environment. The Pattaya walking street is lined with restaurants, sports bars, go-go bars, karaoke bars etc. Both Thai tourists and international tourists are seen hanging out to enjoy the dazzling nightlife. A cabaret show is an hour long performance with 8 to 10 acts that keeps the audience completely entertained. Visitors get an exclusive chance to click photos with the performers post show after paying 100 THB. The high-quality lighting and sound production add a layer of drama and spellbinding fun to the performances. The cabaret shows are family-friendly, however children below the age of 2 are not allowed. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai)

The Big Buddha Temple is among the top places to visit in Pattaya. The temple is located on a hill top and has an 18-meter tall golden Buddha statue. A staircase leads to the hilltop where the statue of Budhha rests. The border of the staircase is lined by dragons that creates a picture perfect parallel. Make sure to dress appropriately (covering shoulders, knees) while visiting the temple. You will also be required to remove your shoes before entering the temple premises.
