Basic Economy 

The passengers traveling in business class only have the option to get a complete refund when they cancel within 24 hours of booking. 

  • As this ticket type is non-refundable.

  • It is the most restrictive fare type because it is cheaper than the other flight class. 

Rules with flight delay

If the flight departure gets delayed or canceled due to the fault of the airline, in that case, the passengers will get the following compensation:

  • The airline staff allows them to make a phone call or a text and provides them with refreshments and meals as compensation for their flight cancellation or delay. 

  • You can also request a refund on the unused part of your flight ticket in case of round trip. 

Refundable Tickets 

  • The passengers traveling with a refundable ticket can get their ticket amount back in case of flight cancellation after deducting cancellation fees. 

  • If the passengers have made the booking on a domestic flight, in that case, you can cancel the ticket two hours before the departure. 

Non-Refundable Tickets 

  • If the passengers cancel their non-refundable flight ticket, proceed to make the cancellation and get the travel credit for half of their ticket amount. The voucher will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. 

  • After deducting your cancelation fees, the passengers will get the travel credit for half their ticket amount.
