Refund form: Virgin Atlantic has given a refund request form on the official website for passengers to fill out with the complete details. The Airline suggests passengers to go through the refund policy and other terms and conditions and confirm their eligibility status and must have the six digits alphanumeric booking number, and then follow the given steps.
