At first, try waking up 30 minutes earlier than normal, then you’ll be motivated to get up at 4 am.

3. you can also sit comfortably in the chair.

4. you have to keep your spine erect.

5. take 4 to 5 deep breaths and start watching your normal breathing.

6. you can also watch thoughts without reacting to them.

The most effective way to respect our bodies is to exercise because it will make your day more energetic and make sleep better. If you exercise in the morning, you will be in better health throughout the day.
