1. Crazy Crust Pizza 

Ingredient list:

  • All-purpose flour – one cup
  • Large eggs – two 
  • Whole milk – two-third cup 
  • Chopped onions – one-fourth cup

  • Sliced mushrooms, drained – four ounces 
  • Ground beef – one pound 
  • Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese – one cup 
  • Italian seasoning – one teaspoon 
  • Dash of salt and pepper

Drain the beef and set it aside in a skillet. Take a small bowl to mix flour, eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Beat the mix until you get a smooth batter. The batter goes into a floured and greased pizza pan. Spoon mushrooms, onion, and beef over the batter.

  • Ground beef – half pound 
  • Chopped onion – one 
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – two-and-a-half cups
  • Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 
  • Dried basil – one-and-a-half teaspoons 
  • Garlic powder – one-fourth teaspoon
  • Green peppers, breadsticks, and garlic toast 

Cook beef with chopped onions over medium heat in a saucepan until it loses the pink color. Crumble the meat and drain. 

Stir in the sauce, garlic powder, and dried basil. Add both the cheese and stir until it melts. Do it at a low flame. 

Take a small fondue pot and pour the mix.

  • Green pepper, diced – one 
  • Ripe olives, sliced – two ounces

  • Frozen bread dough, thawed – one loaf 
  • Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese – two cups 
  • Grated parmesan cheese – one tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, minced – one teaspoon
  • Dried oregano – one teaspoon
  • Pepper – one-fourth teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – half teaspoon
  • Olive oil – one tablespoon

Take a greased baking sheet to roll out the dough (15x10-in) into a rectangle. Mix the egg yolks, oregano, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, oil, and parmesan cheese into a bowl. Brush the mix over the dough. 

Sprinkle with mushrooms, olives, pepper rings, pepperoni, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Roll up the dough in the jelly-roll style. Seal by pinching the seam. 

Brush with egg whites on the loaf (position the seam side down). 

Bake for forty minutes in a preheated oven (350 degrees).
