1. Drilling with a hand drill
There is a hand drill with adjustable speed that can drill holes. However, small-diameter stainless steel precision tube has high toughness and are easy to stick to the knife, so the drill bit is required to have high hardness, good surface finish, and a larger top angle than ordinary drill bits (between 130--135 degrees). At the same time, sufficient cooling and other aspects need to be paid attention to. It is best to use a carbide drill bit to drill holes, which is much more efficient than using an ordinary high-speed steel drill bit.
2. Manual drilling
Before drilling holes, fix the machine on the workbench as required, gently turn the machine wheel and carefully check the working conditions of its various components. Check whether there are any debris between the machine punch and the lower die position, and clean them in time. Then add lubricant to the contact position between the machine guide sleeve and the top of the die base. Place the small-diameter stainless steel precision tube according to the positioning requirements, and then turn the manual wheel counterclockwise to complete the drilling. After completing the punching, stop turning the wheel with your left hand, and gently pull the punched stainless steel precision tube from the inside out with your right hand, and then continue the operation in this way.
3. Hydraulic punching
Before punching, connect the oil pump and the working head with a quick connector, select the corresponding upper and lower molds, install the upper mold first and then the lower mold. When installing the upper mold, first screw the positioning screw out to a certain position before installing the lower mold. Be sure to put it in place, and then tighten the positioning screw to operate. Put the small-diameter stainless steel precision tube, close the oil pump return screw, and move the handle until the work is completed. Loosen the return screw. It should be noted that if you are punching a thinner stainless steel tube, you must insert the material return pad between the return bracket and the tube, otherwise it will get stuck on the mold.
4. Automatic punching
First, move the precision stainless steel capillary to the scanning area of the machine camera. After the camera scans the image, it processes it and sends a signal to the control part. After receiving the signal, the control part further processes and controls the transmission part to move the punch on the X-axis and Y-axis on the plane. After the movement is completed, the pneumatic part starts to work, and the solenoid valve controls the cylinder to punch. The machine punches the printing positioning hole, and the whole action is completed in one go, fast, accurate and efficient.
