Level of Prohibited Relationship

 

Two people are supposed to be covered under the levels of disallowed relationship:

 

If one of them is the lineal relative of the other

In case one was the spouse or wife of a lineal ascendant or relative of the other

Further, if one of them were the spouse of the sibling or the dad's or alternately mother's sibling or the granddad's or alternately grandma's sibling of the other

Or on the other hand, in case they were sibling and sister, auntie and nephew, uncle and niece, or offspring of sibling and sister or two siblings or two sisters.

Marriage Registration Under the Special Marriage Act
