Batting first, Heather Knight's 52 took the team England to a modest score of 126. Indian bowlers Saika Ishaque and Shreyanka Patil both contributed well in terms of bowling.

Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues's partnership for the second wicket added 57 runs and placed India in a decent place in the game. Mandhana smashed five fours and two sixes in his innings.

Following India's five-wicket win against England in the third T20I at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, batter Smriti Mandhana praised the team's bowling performance.

Mandhana remarked after the match that she was thrilled to have contributed to the victory and that the victory would be crucial going into the match.

The first two matches did not go as planned." Despite losing the series, we felt that this win would be crucial coming into the Test. Back-to-back games may be taxing on the body. I didn't bat as well as I would have liked at first, but I got rolling at the finish. "I'm very happy to give my contribution to the team victory," Mandhana added.

Mandhana went on to praise India's bowling performance, calling it "amazing," as well as Amanjot Kaur's batting performance. Amanjot scored ten runs off four balls to help India reach the 127-run mark. She had also taken two wickets in the first innings.

"We bowled well throughout the game. England team probably got an additional 10-15 runs in the end overs, but it was an impressive bowling performance from our bowlers." The pitch was the same as the last game and the chasing was not so difficult, but we had to work hard. It's a lot simpler to play than it is to watch, but Amanjot performed incredibly well and took us over the line', Mandhana remarked.

Following the T20I series, India and England will meet in a Test match on December 14 at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai.
